We ship with Canada Post through our distributors. You will usually receive your items within a week, depending on the item and inventory levels. Contact us at info@fundfix.ca if you have any issues. We want this to be a smooth, easy and fun adventure for players and their families, not another headache to sort out between your busy practice and game schedule.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied. We have carefully curated a variety of products from a number of vendors. We think they're terrific but sometimes things are less than perfect. Contact us at info@fundfix.ca if you have any questions.

For digital products, we do not offer any refund. Once you have downloaded the product, it's yours to use. These are products made with love and hours of labour. You are not permitted to repurpose or share the materials outside of your organization.
